Canada's Jews: From the Pulpit

Have you delivered a sermon that directly addresses Canadian or Canadian Jewish identity, issues, or themes?

Prof. David S. Koffman (York University) and the ACJS are collecting historical and contemporary rabbinical sermons for a new initiative called “Canada’s Jews: From the Pulpit.”

Your sermons will become part of a larger collection of primary source texts that interrogate the Canadian Jewish project over time. The material as a whole will inform related scholarly research, public writing, and teaching conducted by ACJS scholars and will eventually find its way into a publicly accessible archive managed by the ACJS.

Submit as many of your own sermons as you like! Submit sermons from your predecessors! Share this with your peers! You are welcome to submit audio or video recordings in addition to or instead of a written sermon. Previously published sermons are also welcome (please include a link or citation along with your submission).
